Shipping Information

Please allow up to 1-2 business days for orders to ship. During promotions, sales or holidays, ship time may be delayed up to 7 business days. Orders received on weekend days and holidays will be processed no sooner than the following business day. In the event of extreme weather, packages may be delayed. 

For international orders, please note that we are not responsible for paying duties, customs, taxes, or tariffs once your package arrives at its destination country. 

My package appears to be lost in the mail. can you help?

Factory Black will do everything we can to help if you’re package is stuck in transit, please contact us at info@factoryblack.com We’ll do our best to help locate your package. Please make sure to request the correct delivery address and let us know if you have special delivery preferences (e.g. requesting signature confirmation). Factory Black cannot accept responsibility or compensate you if your package was delivered to an incorrect, but requested address, lost or stolen package.  Factory Black cannot accept responsibility or compensate for missing packages if delivery to the correct address was confirmed. Factory Black cannot accept responsibility or compensate for packages stuck or lost in customs. 

 International Shipments

If you are an international customer and run into any problems with shipping or billing, please send an email to info@factory-black.com and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that Factory Black is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred within your home country.
